This is the largest pizza i've ever made:

It measured arout 38"-42" in diameter; I wish we would have measured this bad boy with a tape (in picture Matt Cervenka of Big Apple Pizza).

About this blog:
I may from time to time talk about other foods, but the topic will be food; the way it makes me feel, the tastes, the flavors, and textures. It should also be noted that i do in fact eat pizza nearly 15-20 meals a week (that being based on a 7 days / 3 meals principle excluding snacks). Enjoy!
